You'll get a home or gym training plan that includes 3 sessions per week and video demonstrations which is delivered through an online software.
You will receive 3 sample meal plans, a starting calorie and protein recommendation that is tailored to you and you'll learn how to make changes to this to keep progressing.
8 high quality modules delivered by a world class nutritionist (SJN nutrition) & a world class behaviour change psychologist (Gary Mendoza). They include everything from psychology of behaviour change, analysing numerous diets, long term success and getting set up for life.
